How do I contact support?

Email hi@imgpilot.app. Include your account email, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.

What should I send for a Prompt Lens issue?

Tell us the browser, extension version, selected image URL if you can share it, whether you were signed in, and the visible error message.

Will failed Prompt Lens runs consume credits?

No. Signed-in Prompt Lens extraction charges only after a successful result. Failed charged jobs are refunded automatically.
